Check the links to the right of this
page for meet entry instructions and a guide to new parents--what to expect
at swim meets, etc. Also the USA-Swimming rule book,
and a link to the Capital City Summer League website, and the league's "In-season Meet Guide"--how CCSL meets are to be run.
The link on the left goes to the meet entry page on TeamUnify. Parents can
chose events for their swimmer(s) to enter, or
simply declare participation, and the coach will decide. Remember
that the coach has final approval of individual entries, and will also make
up the relay teams.
Parent volunteers work both home meets and away meets.
Our volunteer coordinators will contact you for work assignment at this
meet, based on your choices made at registration.
Let's make this the best swim season ever!
Regards,
Coach Scott

2021 Season Meets
Meet 3 at Camp Moody YMCA (7/10)
Entry List
Girls
Boys

We will finish the 2021 CCSL season at the Camp Moody pool to compete with
the team from Shady Hollow.
Arrival at Camp Moody at 8am for set-up, with
warm-ups starting shortly after. Competition wiil start at 9:00.
We will be using 9 lanes, and finish around noon.
The Camp Moody pool is equipped with electronic timing and a scoreboard
to show finish times as the swimmers touch. (There was a hidden setting
on the timer that prevented the scoreboard from showing the 25-yard races at
the last meet, but we have that one fixed.)
Teams and spectators will camp outside the pool, and view the swimming
through the glass doors on each side of the pool.
Bring camp chairs and maybe a canopy. The parking lots in front of the pool
will be reserved for team area, with parking spacing being on the road past the
pool to the rest of the campgrounds. We plan to have a concession stand.
According to one forecast, there's a 30% chance of showers; another says none--
take your pick.

We're heading into the last part of the season, and into the Shady Hollow for a

on the times in the entry form. They've been "converted" to something like
a swim in a 25-meter pool, about 10% longer than our swimmers are used to.)
After this meet, it's League Championship meet coming right up. Sign up for
that if you haven't already.
