Championships at Texas A&M (6/30) Entry List   Girls   Boys

It's here! The big enchilada: Championship swimming at the Texas A&M Natatorium. So after a drive of about 2 hours, you'll find yourself in College Station in the rural fields of the Texas Aggies, in the shadow of Kyle Field, (named after the city of Kyle.) The natatorium features two 25-yard pools; the girls will swim in the SE pool (next to the diving well), and the boys in the other. The 10 & Under swimmers will begin warm-up in the morning, and 11 & Over in afternoon. Stay tuned. Update: early reports indicate a good time was had by all. Results are on MeetMobile. And here's a LINK to results on the league website. HSC swimmers swam 110 "individual best times" and 11 relay teams beat their entry times. Anderson and Cassidy broke 5 meet records between them. Thanks go to Joanna and Karen for tirelessly supporting the team throughout the season and especially for this meet! We hope to see you at Blue Hole this Tuesday.

Meet 5 at Circle C (6/23) Entry List   Girls   Boys

This meet will be hosted by Circle C, and you know the drill. Travis Country will also participate, so it will be a large meet. Circle C also uses a Dolphin timing system for faster capture of swim times, so you can see results after the end of the race on your mobile using MeetMobile.

Meet 4 at Travis Country (6/16) Entry List   Girls   Boys

This meet will be hosted by Travis Country, which has a 25-yard, 6-lane pool. Shady Hollow will also participate, so it will be a large meet. Travis Country also uses a Dolphin timing system for faster capture of swim times, so you can see results after the end of the race on your mobile using MeetMobile.

Meet 3 at Belterra (6/9) Entry List    Girls   Boys

This meet will be hosted by Belterra, which is also a 25-meter pool. South Austin Baracudas will also participate, so it will be a large meet. However the pool offers the advantage of a Dolphin timing system for faster capture of swim times, facilitating fly-over starts, and they also have an electronic scoreboard so you can see results at the end of the race. (Note: the "short-course-meters" times showing up on Swimtopia (and in the heat sheets) were 'converted' from the times of previous meets, which were in 25-yard pools.)

Meet 2 at Plum Creek (6/2) Entry List   Girls   Boys

This is the second meet for the 2018 CCSL Season. HSC is hosting South Austin Baracudas at the Plum Creek pool. We have about 20 rookies swimming this meet, and a number of parent volunteers who are also rookies at hosting meets. As soon as entries are firmed up, we will publish a heat sheet, and a timeline, which will give an idea of how long the meet will last, so look for more news here tomorrow.
